📄 1. Introduction

cczz app is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). • You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the cczz app Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

cczz app reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. We may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at our sole discretion.

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the cczz app Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your cczz app account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cczz app shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cczz app account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify cczz app immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. cczz app shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cczz app is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion . Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

⚖️ 4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using the cczz app Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

4.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or verification documents;
• Engaging in any form of identity theft or impersonation;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions.

4.2 Collusion & Cheating

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain – any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game integrity.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Coordinating with other users to abuse referral, cashback, or promotional programs.

4.4 Money Laundering

The cczz app Platform must not be used for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. We are required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any account suspected of being used for such purposes will be immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱);
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction;
• Deposits are generally credited to your cczz app account instantly or within a short processing window;
• cczz app does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name – third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible;
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard;
• cczz app aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status;
• cczz app reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the cczz app Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cczz app does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the user.

cczz app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms;

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cczz app does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

🚫 12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, cczz app reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or serious breach is established, any real-money balance. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

cczz app operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Complaints relating to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
